This winter design starts with a poinsettia and yellow flower base plate, layered with a fused glass holly and berry plate. It’s finished with a red glass bowl and a fused glass center that pulls all the colors together.

I love the combination of the traditional holiday colors with the different glass textures and layers. ❤️💚 It would be a beautiful addition to your winter display, whether you choose to enjoy it indoors or add it to your garden when the weather warms up.

At 11 1/4” x 3 1/2” deep, this piece can be displayed outdoors during the warmer months or brought indoors for winter decorating. It would look beautiful in a garden, tucked into a flower bed, or displayed indoors in a plate stand, on a shelf, or as part of your winter décor.

Because I’m in Michigan, I pack away or bring many of my Glass Garden Flowers indoors during the winter. 🥶 While the adhesives I use are okay in cold temperatures, some of the glass pieces I repurpose are vintage, and vintage glass can be more susceptible to damage from freezing temperatures and changing weather conditions. Depending on where you live and your winter weather, you can decide whether this piece is best displayed outdoors or brought inside for the season. 

To display your flower outside, you will need a 1/2” conduit pole. (THIS FLOWER DOES NOT SHIP WITH THE POLE. You can pick one up at your local hardware store.) This flower has a hockey puck on the back with a hole drilled into it that fits the 1/2” conduit perfectly.
